Order Processing

All orders are subject to processing time before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier location, and order volume.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, shipment may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there are significant delays with your order.


Shipping Methods & Delivery

Due to the nature of our products, most items are shipped via freight carriers (LTL or similar) rather than standard parcel services.

Delivery methods may include:

  • Curbside delivery

  • Appointment-based delivery

Additional services such as inside delivery, liftgate service, or special handling may incur extra fees and must be requested prior to shipment.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided separately after order confirmation, depending on the product and delivery location.

Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Freight shipments may have limited tracking updates compared to standard carriers.


Delivery Responsibilities

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Ensure accurate shipping information is provided at checkout

  • Be available to receive the shipment at the scheduled delivery time

Failure to accept delivery may result in additional fees, including redelivery or storage charges.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival. Any visible damage must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a claim.


International Shipping

At this time, international shipping availability may be limited. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
